Leadership Development

The Leader Lab is group coaching for leaders, organised into short sprints which provide a focused micro-learning experience for leaders.

I like to call them 'experiments' because they are run as fun, safe spaces where leaders can learn, try things and safety develop their capability.

Experiments focus on different leadership capabilities and challenges, to help leaders maintain their personal wellbeing and their performance and to support their teams and organisations.

Bespoke group leadership sessions can also be arranged to achieve your specific objectives. 

The Leadership Lab

 

Our first experiment is:

‘How to give feedback with kindness to achieve growth and change?’

Do you want to feel more confident having difficult conversations, receive feedback without it stinging, feel you can say what you really want to say to encourage your team to grow and get better?

This experiments is made up of 4 x 90min group sessions.

 

The experiment starts on Friday the 3rd Oct (online) starting at 11-12.30pm.  Subsequent sessions will run on Fridays:  17th Oct, 7th Nov, 28th Nov.

Session 1: Exploring feedback and best practices

Session 2: Exploring your experience of feedback

Session 3: Building confidence in giving feedback

Session 4: Further mastery in giving & receiving feedback

Please note sessions are clients led so the focus might adapt to meet client needs.

This experiment is free to the first six leaders that sign up to celebrate the launch of the Leader Lab!

90 min Monthly Online Leadership Circle

 

Running on the first Friday of the month, our intimate Leadership Circles provide a time and space for reflection and growth for leaders.  We will learn and discuss key leadership topics, as well as having an opportunity for individual development and supporting others.

Bespoke Leadership Circles or Leader Lab sessions for your organisation

 

Leadership circles or a Leader Lab experiment can designed and ran specifically for the leaders in your organisation, in person or online.  We can work with you to co-create the structure and agenda to complement any other leadership development interventions.  

These circles provide a safe, neutral space for leaders to explore any challenges that they might be facing as individuals with their leadership mindset or in managing situations or relationships and provide an opportunity to be mindful and intentional about their role as leaders to ensure that they can be most effective as leaders, ensuring their wellbeing and performance and that of their teams and other stakeholders.
