Building skills in Emotional Intelligence and Nervous System Regulation are essential in today's world to maximise our performance, minimise stress, improve our resilience and optimise our health. Situations in work and life outside of work can have an effect on our emotions and our nervous systems and getting to know ourselves better and understanding how to manage how we feel and behave can enable us to improve our emotional and physical wellbeing.
What I Offer

Workshops - 45 mins
Ideal for lunch and learns or for team meetings and away days, our workshops educate and build awareness of emotional intelligence and/or nervous system regulation. These workshops help individuals and teams to better understand themselves and give them the tools and tips to change how they respond to emotional situations and stress in the workplace.

1:1 coaching
An opportunity to work with individuals who are finding it difficult to manage their emotions in the workplace and would like coaching support to increase their self-awareness of triggers and responses and to craft tools and systems to help them to behave and feel differently in day to day or specific workplace situations they are experiencing. Focusing on this in coaching enables these individuals to develop better relationships in the workplace, improve their performance, their physical health and mental wellbeing.

Workshops - 2/3 hours
Workshops can be developed bespoke to meet your organisations requirements. Providing an opportunity for you to learn and raise your awareness of emotions and emotional responses, the impact that these have on the nervous system and how this impacts performance and wellbeing and to learn tips and tricks to help improve emotional regulation, resilience, wellbeing and health in the workplace.

Team Coaching
Often teams experience situations that evoke emotions and cause stress and anxiety in the workplace, this can be caused by impending organisational change or relationships between leaders or colleagues. Team coaching provides a safe space to raise feelings, provide feedback and undertake difficult conversations to enable teams to move forward. Teams will learn about oneanother and to develop ways to work together to enhance a positive emotional experience and the tools to be able to quickly resolve situations that do occur where there are high emotions.
