Driven by a personal experience, Jessica Cooper Performance and Wellbeing was founded to support professional people to be at their best at work, whilst also prioritising their health and happiness. 

 

Jessica combines her coaching, consulting and academic research skills with with her passion for organisation design and wellbeing, to deliver interventions that really work. The results are better clarity and awareness and a change to behaviour through improved relationships, ways of working and redesign of jobs and organisations.
