Meet Dr. Jessica Cooper

Jessica Cooper is dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to achieve holistic wellbeing and performance. She does this through working with individuals, groups and teams both inside and outside of the work environment.
Focusing on Organisation Design, Culture Development and Behaviour Change, Jessica's approach combines coaching, consulting, systems thinking, energy work and neuroscience to build awareness and create lasting positive change. Together we strive to create a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
