Discovery

Use measurement tools, questionnaires, interviews and other forms of assessment to gain clarity into the root causes around cultural and people issues affecting wellbeing, performance and delivery.
Intervention design & implementation

Co-create evidence informed solutions to address systemic issues that are impacting people's wellbeing in the workplace and their performance. Interventions will focus on changing ways of working, job design, behaviour and mindset as part of the operating model, but not exclusively, and may touch upon process redesign or technology and organisation redesign. Change will be brought about using a mixture of coaching, communications and training.

Measurement

Following the delivery of an intervention, be this Team Coaching, a retreat or some thing else, we will measure the effectiveness of that intervention in driving the desired outcomes. If needed we will adapt and deliver the intervention to ensure continued growth, development and learning.
Team Coaching

Empowering teams using team coaching to enhance their effectiveness.

Enabling them to focus on measureable outcomes to improve team work and collaboration which might include resetting when new members join, improving ways of working, solving specific problems, innovation, decision-making etc.

Delivered over a number of coaching sessions that run every couple of months, of approximately 2 hours often with some pre-work and post session reflection. A team coaching journey is designed to deliver sustainable behaviour change at an individual and team level.
Corporate Retreats

A break from the day to day to enable teams to take a step back, reflect, reset, nourish and have a foundation to move forward. Often an alternative to a traditional team away day or to kick off a team coaching and development journey.​
This includes addressing business outcomes such as communicating strategy, planning, aligning on roles and responsibilities or innovating. Along with reflecting upon effectiveness by examining individual and team needs and behaviours and defining the culture and ways of working that need to be retained or changed to be successful in the future.​
Corporate Retreats also provide an opportunity for individual 'nourishment' and personal development.​
